Centurion Travel the terms ("us", "we" or “our” as the context requires) is a global business providing flight booking.
Using our website, means you accepted and agreed on all our terms, conditions and policies posted on our website. Please read “Customer’s Responsibility” section.

 

Agreement between the Clients & Centurion Travel LLC: 
While accessing, using, browsing or make booking through Centuriontravel.com, users have to accept that they are agreed to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, Centurion Travel L.L.C. and its subsidiaries (including Centuriontravel.com) reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.

 

Use of the Website: As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

• You will use this Website to make only legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act,

• You will provide your proper and accurate Name (as per Passport or any other office ID), Address, Email ID, and Cell Number. You will be solely responsible for the Information provided and in case of any error or mistake in provision of information, Centurion will not be liable for the same

• All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete,

• If you have an online account with this Website, you will safeguard your login details – login ID and password and will supervise the same. You will be completely responsible for any use or misuse of your account by you and anyone other person other than you.

Centurion retains the right in its sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.

 

Credit Card Payment: Your authorization to use your credit card further indicates your acceptance of Centurion Travel’s terms and conditions, and those of the Airlines’/Tour Operators’/Cruise lines’ travel services you have purchased. By providing Centurion Travel with authorization to use your credit card to pay for travel services, you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged according to your cardholder agreement. In addition, you agree not to chargeback your payment for the travel services you receive. A delay may occur between the time a transaction is settled and removed from “Authorized Transactions”, and when it appears in “Posted Transactions”. Some transactions may appear as both an Authorized and a Posted Transaction until settled. When applying a Visa debit or bank debit card for payment, in the event of a cancellation, your funds may be held up to 60 days by your financial institution. We strongly recommend an alternative form of payment, such as any major credit card, to avoid any such delay and inconvenience.

 

Flight reservations will be subject to aticketing fee per person, processed through Centurion Travel. Therefore two (2) charges will appear on your credit card statement, the charge for your airline ticket processed through the Airline or Third-Party Supplier and the ticketing fee(s) charge, processed through Centurion Travel. 

Documentation: Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should you makes a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances before and during your trip. Please check your invoice. If charges for an insurance policy are not listed or an insurance policy number is not noted, you have elected to DECLINE travel insurance. If you would like to purchase some peace of mind for a low cost, please chose our listed policy.

Currency: Prices displayed on the Centurion Travel website are in UAE Dirham. Some supplier rates are quoted to Centurion Travel in U.S dollars or other currencies.  The amount(s) listed on the invoice is converted into UAE Dirham at the prevailing exchange rate of the date of invoice. Sometimes, payments processed at later date to your credit card may have a different exchange rate than the one calculated at the time of booking, which will be applied either by the supplier or your credit card company. Centurion Travel is not responsible for currency fluctuations, nor does it guarantee the UAE Dirham equivalent of the purchase will be the same, as this is beyond our control. 

Price Changes: Prices displayed on Centurion Travel’s website may change during the same session. If you disconnect from our site, and return later, prices could change at your next visit to the site. 

Special Requests: If you make a special request for a flight meal, airline seating, etc. please note that these requests are not guaranteed, and Centurion Travel cannot be held responsible for requests that are not granted.

 

Liability: Centurion Travel, in its capacity as a travel agency, makes arrangement with suppliers who provide flight booking services. The services arranged by Centurion Travel are subject to the conditions imposed by these individual suppliers, and their liability may be limited by their own tariffs, conditions of carriage, and international conventions. 

Centurion Travel does not guarantee any suppliers’ rates, reservations, connections, scheduling, or protection of personal belongings. 

Centurion Travel assumes no responsibility for the actions of airlines. For overbooking, route changes, cancellation or delays. All information, prices and availability are subject to change.

Centurion Travel will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any person other than our agency and our employees acting on our behalf. 

Centurion Travel shall not be liable for any damages due to illness, theft, labor action, acts of God, mechanical failure, equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency or act of terrorism, or other event beyond our control.
